Bathing Suits For Your Body Type!!!

Hourglass- Congrats! You were born with wonderous curves and  an awesome chest area! This Summer You are going to want to stick with bikinis,tankinis, and even one pieces that dont cut your body in half. What I mean by this is that you dont want to wear mix match bikinis. Why? This is because sometimes one piece could be “louder” than the other and throw off your body meaning making you look disproportional.  

What You DO want to do is accentuate your fantastic chest and waist area. To do this you should get swimwear with very flattering cuts.

Triangle/Pear Shaped- Congrats! You were born with curvy transitions and killer hips and a fantastic butt! Although you tend to lack in the chest area right? Well to fix this we are going to draw the attention to you chest . Sounds opposite right ? Well If we draw attention to your legs you dont want comments like “Ohemgee her chest is so small compared to her thighs!” Plus if you are on the heavier side you might feel insecure about your legs and might want to not draw to much attention to them. For this body type you are definitely going to want avoid string bikinis. All they will do is draw attention to the wrong areas. 

What you do want to do is have printed tops with solid bottoms, and push up tops :). Plus you can pull of a bandeau.

Upside Triangle /Apple- Congrats ! You most likely have a full chest area ! The only problem is that your smaller legs don’t really seem in proportion with the rest of your body right ? Well Have no fear! We are going to do the same thing we did for pear shape except do the complete opposite! In this case, you are going to want to bring the attention to your legs by wearing mix match prints, with the bolder print on the bottom. Secondly , you should try to stay away from push up bras unless you have a flat chest area. Thirdly, you should stay away from monokinis because they ten to draw attention to your stomach and we dont want that!

Rectangle/Bananas Shape- Congrats! Your body is very proportionate and you can rock alot of different bathing suits. But how do add some extra curves you may ask? Well If i had to recommend anything to stay away from it would probably be string bikinis because will take away curves from your body. To add curves I recommend bathing suits that have frills/ruffles at the end :)!
